RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with any products purchased at EcoCare Salon, you can return your items for either a refund, credit or exchange.

Refunds or credits are only available for unused or defective items returned within 15 days of purchase or receipt. You will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. If a credit card was used for purchase, the same credit card used to purchase the item will be issued the credit. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

Product(s) must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Product is packed in original packaging, and product has not been used.

If you purchased the product(s) online or the items were shipped to you, returns are also subject to the following additional requirements:

Notify us by email or phone to get a return authorization number. You may contact us at salon@ecocare.com or toll free at1.866.767.7706 A copy of the original packing slip or invoice must be included along with a brief explanation of the reason for return.

All shipping and handling charges are not refundable and 25% restocking fee. However, If you are exchanging for an item of the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be charged on the exchange.

a۬If your order arrives damaged or opened, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at our toll free number at 1.866.767.7706. If you get our recording, please provide the order number along with your name, email address and phone number. You should also notify the carrier to report the damage. Please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by us or the carrier.
