ORDERING & SHIPPING POLICY
You can trust that your order will be securely and quickly processed and safely delivered. However, if
there are any problems with your order, you can contact us and we will use our best efforts to resolve.
Online orders, including any applicable shipping charges, must be paid at the time of order. Shipping
charges are generally determined by the size and weight of your order, and your specific address or
location. The shipping charges applicable to your order will generally be disclosed or displayed in your
online shopping cart when you place your order, and will be included with your invoice.
We can generally ship anywhere in the United States (including APO and FPO addresses) and Canada.
However, if you are in Canada, you should contact us by phone to verify and complete your order. We
usually ship by FedEx Ground or United States Postal Service (USPS) to addresses in the USA. For
Canada addresses, we generally use USPS and Canada Post.
We attempt to ship all in-stock merchandise within 2 business days of receiving your order (excluding
holidays and weekends). If an item is unavailable or on backorder, you will be notified. Orders for in-stock
merchandise usually arrive in 5-7 business days. We will notify you if restrictions prevent us from shipping
your order or if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected.
Additional charges, duties or taxes may apply on shipments to certain locations or outside the United
States.
